Job Description/Duties
- Have knowledge of cooking techniques
- Measuring out meal ingredients according to a recipe
- Prepping various ingredients such as meats and vegetables
- Prioritise customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent presentation of food serving at appropriate temperatures.
- Working in a timely manner, handling multiple orders safely and efficiently.
- Maintain hygiene at all times.
- Coordinate and assist with other kitchen staff where required.
- Plan daily menu and food items.
- Take directions and work with restaurant manager and floor manager.
